Stay w/ a theme please

Being a garageband veteran I would really like to suggest two things to you. One, stay with the same intensity throughout the entire song, the beginning of the song was awesome, but you just couldn't pull though. Two, create your own instruments(make sure to save them) and then use premade Apple loops with them, you will find that your music will be much better

THe mix of drums, synths, and piano, and a classic song stand out. This is now officially one of my favorite songs. What software do you use?
